Gram 100 tests
Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. To differentiate between Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in tissue sections.
Cassettes with attached lid and rectangular holes, with a double closure system to guarantee a perfect lock-up during the processing phase.
Made in acetalic polymer: this polymer is stable to high temperatures, microwave operations, solvents, acids and alkalis; therefore, this material is optimal for the processing and the embedding passages in the histological process.
The sample’s identification is possible thanks to the wizen surface on three cassette’s sides. These surfaces can be written with pencils, histology pens (11-50 or 11-400) and they’re compatible with automatic cassettes printers Leica IP and Sakura Autowrite.
Chemical composition Acetalic polymer (polyoxymethylene polyacetal).
Internal dimensions 30 x 25 x 5 mm
External dimensions 40 x 28 x 6 mm
Holes dimensions (5.8 ± 0.2) x (1 ± 0.1) mm
Surface inclination 45°
Weight 3,40 g
