We have a 30-day refound policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refound.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must present documented problems of use or visible phisical breakages.
To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Write us the issue, attach the pictures to verify the status of the product and we will evaluate your request.
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll automatically send you again the product, in order replace the previous one.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
